Our firm not only offers services to banks and other lending agencies, but we also provide services to attorneys and individuals.  We offer both current and retrospective appraisals which can assist clients in establishing property values for estate planning, various litigation actions, or for tax needs such as property donation or valuation dispute.  Because these assignments can vary greatly in their complexity, they are quoted on a case by case basis.
